FACE Mela Passu is coming to Hunza this August
FACE Mela Passu will feature both local artists from Gilgit-Baltistan as well as national artists from Pakistan.

Foundation for Arts, Culture and Education (FACE) is set to organize the FACE Music Mela in Passu, Hunza. According to details, the organization is collaborating with Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) to organize first ever FACE Mela Passu.

FACE has been organizing Music Mela every year at Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) in Islamabad. The event has become a regular much-awaited event of the year with music lovers flocking the scene in huge numbers. It was in Music Mela this year that a band from Gilgit-Baltistan made an appearance for the first time. The new sensation Bulbulik and Natasha Baig rocked the event held in March this year.

This year, FACE has teamed up with ARSKP to bring some top class artists to Hunza in a two-day long event. The event is set to be organized on 6th and 7th August at the Passu Cricket Stadium.

Natasha Baig, Jabir Khan Jabir and Bulbulik would be local artists performing at the event while Khumariyaan, Qawalistan, Malang Party, Wahid Allan Faqir and Stephanie Snowflakewill be guest artists.

The FACE Mela Passu will surely give a boost to the overall music scene in Gilgit-Baltistan and provide a platform for local artists to perform alongside the mainstream artists from Pakistan.
